IPCC Finds Failings in Police Investigation
The IPCC announced on 27th January the result of a long and far reaching investigation into Humberside Police and the St William Care Home Investigation . This concluded that a large number of failings had occured in the way in which the investigation was conducted compounded by the assumption of the police that all accused were actually guilty
