Will I have to serve more time if I lose my appeal ?
A common misconception is that the Court of Appeal will order that all of your time served whilst waiting your appeal will have to e reserved if you lose your appeal .
This is wrong . If you pursue an appeal without any merit especially if you are unrepresented then the Court will consider loss of time orders ut it will rarely e in excess of 28 days . If you have a good argument thne run it the Court may be a tough tribunal but it will rarely punish you for pursuing an appeal which is at least arguable .
